Dorothy L. Musgrave Wiman, 87, of Oblong, Illinois passed away at 3:20 p.m. Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Ridgeview Care Center in Oblong, IL.

Born on April 4, 1927, in Yale, Illinois, Dorothy was the daughter of Willis Eugene Baker and Rebecca (Winters) Baker.  On November 14, 1945, she married Charles Denver Musgrave who preceded her in death on February 22, 1978.  On November 25, 1988 Dorothy married Verl Wiman and he preceded her in death on
August 18, 1990.

Dorothy was a member of the Oblong High School Class of 1944; was employed at the shoe factory in Casey, IL.; and a nurse at Crawford Memorial Hospital in Robinson for 40 years, retiring in 2002 at the age of 74.  Dorothy was a faithful member of First Christian Church in Oblong since 1965.  She was active in her church and was a member of the Loyal Partners Sunday School Class, Priscilla Circle and the KJU Sunday School Class.  Dorothy enjoyed working with flowers and doing things around the house.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  Dorothy was a hard worker and always did her part.

Survivors include her five children: Pam and Stan Batman, Oblong, IL.; Rick Musgrave, Camargo, IL.; Debbie and Bob Dowdy, Pontiac, IL.; Rod Musgrave, Oblong, IL.; and Shawn and Alisha Musgrave, Decatur, IL.; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild; her brother Eugene “Bud” Baker, Robinson, IL.; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Max and Sue Musgrave, Oblong, IL.; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law: Patsy Kirts, Joan Musgrave, Darlene and Norman Stoltz, all of Oblong, IL.; several nieces, nephews, and good friends, Sharon and Charles Salesman, Robinson, IL.

Preceding her in death were her parents; both husbands; 3 brothers: Fred, Earl and Don Baker; and seven sisters: Anna Griffin, Mertle Sinclair, Ruth Calvert, Katherine Perkins, Chlora Wiley, Susie Dart Wilson and Geneva Perkins.
